Continued Support durnig your stay

The family will help you with any problems or issues you might have, and you should let them know your concerns straight away.

If the family behaves badly towards you or if you feel you have been unfairly treated, contact us at Au Pair Care^TM, so that we can try and find out what has happened and help resolve any issues.

The family has the right to dismiss an au pair who behaves incorrectly. We will try and assist in the case of misunderstandings.
