There are three different types of au pair to suit your experience and the family's requirements:
  Infant Care Au Pair    Standard Au Pair     EduCare Au Pair
Description:  Maximum of 45 hours a week of childcare for infants and children between 3 months and 12 years of age. Au Pairs must have at least 200 hours of documented infant care experience by non-family members.   Description:Maximum of 45 childcare hours a week for children between 3 and 13 years of age. Must have at least two childcare references from non-family members.   Description: Maximum of 30 childcare hours a week, for school-age children, during before and after school hours. Must have at least two childcare references from non-family members.
Educational Component:
Up to $500 subsidy toward study of 6 semester units at a post secondary institution.
