For Au Pairs

Are you worried about feeling alone in an unfamiliar country?

We will support you throughout your stay in your chosen host country.

- we will tell you about other au pairs in your area so that you have a network of friends as soon as you arrive;

- your Starter Pack also contains details of the nearest language college, and the course, so that you can meet other people of the same age as you;

- we will contact you regularly to ensure that you are happy with the arrangements, and determine whether there is anything we can help with;

- should you need help or advice on any issues which you don't think are appropriate to raise with the family, we will give you continued support during your stay.

For Families

Have you every felt abandoned by the agency, as soon as they have their money? We work differently.

We will:

- assist the au pair with his / her travel arrangements;

- send the au pair's Starter Pack directly to you;

- contact you on or shortly after the day of arrival to check that everything is fine;

- (during the stay) contact you regularly to ensure that you are happy with the arrangements, and determine whether there is anything we can help with.

We also offer a continued support for any issues or help you may need in relation to the au pair.
